Visual Magic is a trade name and operating division of Mailed Inc (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Shipping preparation, packing, and carrier coordination are facilitated by 1HomeOffice, the official logistics partner for Visual Magic. This Shipping Policy governs all shipments of Visual Magic products.

1. PROCESSING & HANDLING TIMES

All Visual Magic orders undergo internal production prior to shipment.

After production, shipments follow logistics preparation standards.

Estimated handling times: 

Orders placed in the morning are typically shipped the same day

Orders placed in the afternoon or later are typically shipped the next business day

Processing times may vary based on seasonal demand and operational workload

Special packaging requirements may require additional handling time

Handling time does not include carrier transit time.

All timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

2. PRIVACY POLICY

Visual Magic prints are professionally packed to reduce transit risk.

Packaging methods include:

Rolled Prints

Shipped in protective tubes (any print above 24”)

Interior paper barrier to prevent surface damage

Flat / Large Prints

Shipped in envelopes (any print of 18” and smaller)

Protective padding as necessary

The packaging method is determined based on size, fragility, and carrier requirements.

Items packed by Visual Magic follow carrier-acceptable packaging standards.

3. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY WINDOWS

We ship via major carriers, including:

UPS

FedEx

DHL

USPS

Estimated carrier transit times:

Ground Shipping: 2–7 business days

Expedited Air: 1–3 business days

Overnight / Express: Next business day

International: 3–10 business days (subject to customs)

Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are based on:

Actual weight

Dimensional (DIM) weight

Destination

Service level selected

Packaging requirements

Shipping fees are non-refundable once shipment is released to the carrier.

5. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once the shipment is released to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, and DHL):

A tracking number will be provided via email

Tracking updates are generated directly by the carrier

If tracking is delayed or missing, please contact support.

6. RISK OF LOSS & TITLE TRANSFER

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon release of the shipment to the carrier.

Visual Magic, Mailed Inc, and 1HomeOffice are not responsible for:

Carrier delays

Missed deliveries

Theft after confirmed delivery

Incorrect addresses provided by customer

Carrier mishandling

Carrier performance is outside our control.

7. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Damaged Deliveries

If your shipment arrives damaged:

Notify us within 48 hours

Provide photographs of the item and all packaging

Retain all packaging materials

We will assist in initiating a carrier claim where applicable.

Important:

Carrier claim approval is determined solely by the carrier.

Compensation depends on declared value and insurance coverage.

If insurance was not purchased, compensation may be limited to the carrier’s standard liability.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement or the carrier reports loss:

We will assist in initiating a carrier investigation.

Investigation timelines vary by carrier.

Compensation depends on insurance coverage.

The carrier makes all determinations.

Visual Magic does not guarantee carrier reimbursement outcomes.

8. INSURANCE COVERAGE

Shipping insurance may be offered at checkout or upon request.

Insurance may cover:

Loss

Damage

Theft (subject to carrier terms)

Insurance value must be declared prior to shipment.

If insurance is declined, carrier liability may be limited.

9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipments may incur:

Customs duties

VAT / GST

Import taxes

Brokerage fees

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs procedures may extend delivery timelines.

10. INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details.

If a package is returned due to:

Incorrect address

Refusal of delivery

Failed delivery attempts

Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

11. SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect address

Refusal of delivery

Failed delivery attempts

We will assist with tracking and communication but cannot control carrier operations.

12. RESTRICTED ITEMS

Visual Magic products consist solely of printed materials.

We do not ship:

Hazardous materials

Flammable goods

Perishable items

Illegal goods

Orders violating carrier regulations may be refused.
