Purchase & Sale Agreement

This agreement governs all product purchases from Visual Magic.

Visual Magic is operated by Mailed Inc, New York.

1. Custom Goods

All products are custom-manufactured according to customer specifications. Because products are custom-made, orders are non-cancelable once production begins.

2. Order Acceptance

Orders are accepted upon:

Payment authorization

Internal production confirmation

We reserve the right to reject any order.

3. Customer Representations

By placing an order, you represent that:

You have legal rights to reproduce uploaded content

You accept enlargement risks

You accept potential color variation

4. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of goods to the shipping carrier

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under New York law:

Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order.

We shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages

Consequential damages

Lost profits

Business interruption

6. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York.

Customer waives:

Jury trial

Class action participation

7. Governing Law

New York law applies.
