1. File Intake & Review

All uploaded files are processed as submitted. Customers are responsible for:

Image resolution

Cropping

Orientation

Enlargement suitability

AI enhancement may be offered where selected, but does not guarantee reconstruction of severely degraded images.

Our printing systems are calibrated to industry standards for color consistency. However, variations may occur due to:

Screen calibration differences

Ink behaviour

Paper reflectivity

Environmental lighting

Minor variation does not constitute defect.

Products are printed on selected paper stocks designed for photographic reproduction.

We do not provide mounting, lamination, framing, or installation services.

Products are packed according to size:

Rolled prints → protective heavy-duty tubes

Flat prints → custom-sized reinforced boxes

Packaging method is determined to reduce transit damage risk.

Orders undergo inspection prior to shipment. Inspection does not guarantee subjective satisfaction regarding aesthetic expectations.
