Visual Magic is a trade name and operating division of Mailed Inc, a New York corporation. By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to this User Agreement and all related policies published on this website. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Visual Magic website or services.

You grant Mailed Inc, Visual Magic, and its logistics partner 1HomeOffice a limited, non-exclusive license to process, reproduce, enhance, and print uploaded files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Visual Magic does not claim ownership of customer-uploaded images.
5. AI Image Processing
Visual Magic may offer optional AI-based image enhancement tools.
By using these tools you acknowledge that:
AI processing may modify or enhance the original image
Results depend on the quality and resolution of the uploaded image
AI enhancement does not guarantee restoration of severely degraded images
Production quality standards are described in the Production Standards policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Visual Magic website including:
text
graphics
logos
branding
design elements
software
is owned by or licensed to Mailed Inc and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any website content without prior written permission.
7. Orders & Purchases

10. Force Majeure

11. Governing Law
This User Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York as described in the Purchase & Sale Agreement.

Visual Magic may update this User Agreement from time to time.
Changes become effective when posted on the website.
